Markus Milde
The managing director of milde consulting GmbH & Co. KG has been active in thermal process technology since 1985. As a trained materials tester / universal hardener and technician, he has been passing on his extensive knowledge as an independent auditor, consultant and trainer since 2006. He is a member of various industry organisations and chairs the AWT's CQI-9 working group as well as the AWT technical committee on quality assurance in heat treatment. What particularly distinguishes Markus is his passion for his work - it is not only his profession, but also his hobby! In his private life, too, he literally goes full throttle, as he always has his running gear with him and goes jogging every 2nd day.
Our market segment manager Christoph is not only a professional with many years of experience in heat treatment, but also a thermal cosmopolitan with vision. After all, he holds a Master's degree in industrial engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and spent some time working as a service engineer in the USA. For more than 6 years, he has been making sure that everything runs smoothly for customers in the field of thermoprocess technology at JUMO. In his private life, he also has a penchant for hot things, because he likes to cook in the Dutch Oven, preferably according to BBQ recipes.

He has been working in sales at Acritudo Systems GmbH since last year and can already look back on several years of experience in the field of industrial waste gas heat recovery. As an energy manager and internal auditor according to DIN EN ISO 50001, he knows exactly how companies can meet the legal requirements and still profit by saving resources and costs. And natural resources in particular also play an important role for Ronald in his private life. He can best switch off in nature - whether chopping wood, playing sports or doing handicrafts.
